Your Destiny Is Waiting On You

"I know what I’m doing. I have it all planned out—plans to take care of you, not abandon you, plans to give you the future you hope for." (Jeremiah 29:11 MSG)

Life doesn't always go as we may have planned, but with God your future is most certainly secure. Whether you are in a crisis, coming out of crisis or headed for crisis I want to encourage you to keep trusting God and never let go of his hand. Faith is not a feeling, but it is a knowing.

When faith is a knowing then you can receive the worst news possible and still not feel abandoned because you know that God's plan for your life will be fulfilled and this is only a test. This testing of your faith only serves to develop and prepare you for your future. James encourages us to,
"
Consider it a sheer gift, friends, when tests and challenges come at you from all sides. You know that under pressure, your faith-life is forced into the open and shows its true colors. So don’t try to get out of anything prematurely. Let it do its work so you become mature and well-developed, not deficient in any way (James 1:2-4 MSG)."

This outlook is more optimistic because it leads us to believe that challenges come to enhance the quality of your destiny. The greater the challenge, the greater your destiny. Precious metals need intense heat in order for their true value to be realized. Without the intense heat they merely look like ordinary colored rocks. You weren't created to be ordinary, but you were created by God to be extraordinary.

Now is the time for you to overcome your challenges and step into your destiny. Develop your relationship with God so that you have Heaven's perspective on your situation instead of being limited by lower level thinking. Paul said it best when he declares,
"
So if you’re serious about living this new resurrection life with Christ, act like it. Pursue the things over which Christ presides. Don’t shuffle along, eyes to the ground, absorbed with the things right in front of you. Look up, and be alert to what is going on around Christ—that’s where the action is. See things from his perspective (Colossians 3:1-2 MSG)."

Your biggest problem is not people, circumstances or a lack of resources, but your problem is lack of revelation. Your destiny is waiting on you to get revelation. Once you get revelation then your eyes are open to see that you have no limits and nothing will ever be able to fence you in again. Choose to be happy today. Start fulfilling your goals today. Look for opportunities to be the extraordinary person God created you to be. Be encouraged because you're going to make it!
