“Wait for the Lord’s help. Be strong and brave, and wait for the Lord’s hep.” (Psalm 27:14 NCV)

Today, If you find yourself in a tough position where you may be experiencing problems of all sorts then I want to encourage you and let you know that help is on the way. James admonished us, “Count it all joy, my brothers, when you meet trials of various kinds, for you know that the testing of your faith produces steadfastness. And let steadfastness have its full effect, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing(James 1:2-4 ESV)." That’s trouble is not desired by anyone, but it gives you the opportunity to build your faith muscles. We know that we feed our faith with the word of God according to Romans 10:17, but just like in the natural if a person eats the right food without exercise they’ll become overweight with weak muscle strength. It’s the same way in the spirit. I can read and study the word of God, but without application my faith will be weak and not capable of much. James also puts it this way, “Anyone who doesn’t breathe is dead, and faith that doesn’t do anything is just as dead(James 2:26 CEV)!"

Today raise your level of divine expectation. Remember the testimonies as recorded in the bible because it reminds you of the faithfulness of God. Isaiah prophesied, “But the people who trust the Lord will become strong again. They will rise up as an eagle in the sky; they will run and not need rest; they will walk and not become tired (Isaiah 40:31 NCV)." That’s right! As you wait in faith expecting for God to act in your life expect new strength to come to you that will enable you to endure and live the abundant life that Jesus came to give us. As this is happening you will get excited and declare,”Our God is doing this! We have waited for him, and he has come to save us. This is the Lord. We waited for him, so we will rejoice and be happy when he saves us(Isaiah 25:9 NCV)." Today may God release his delivering power into your life.
